Shopila Return & Refund Policy
At Shopila, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for a refund only. To claim your refund, please submit the correct details on our Refund claim form
Wrong Product Delivered:
If you receive the wrong product, you can still apply for a refund without returning the item. Simply follow the same procedure.
Ordered the Wrong Product?
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and need to return it for a refund, we’ve got you covered.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The waybill provided with your package is also required.
How to Start a Return:
Log in to your account on Shopila.lk using the email you used to place the order. Under "My Orders," select the order and product you wish to return. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:
SSC - Shopila Sorting Center, 3rd Floor, No. 75, Hill St, Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia 10350, Sri Lanka.
Once we receive your product, it will undergo a quality check (QC) to determine eligibility for a full refund. You will be notified via email and WhatsApp. This process typically takes 7-10 working days.
Expedited Returns:
To speed up the process, you can request the return online and visit our warehouse directly to receive an immediate cash refund for the defective item.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalised items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about your item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
