All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Within Sri Lanka):

    • Cost: LKR 250
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
  • Express Shipping (Within Sri Lanka):

    • Cost: LKR 450
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our website or through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

4. Delivery Times

While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you within the estimated delivery times, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as courier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently only ship orders within Sri Lanka. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable local courier services to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time. Our main shipping partners include:

  • Aramex
  • Koombiyo Delivery
  • Dex

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us immediately at shopilastore@gmail.com.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at shopilastore@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

10. Shipping Policy for Returns

If you wish to return a product, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions. The original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
